Our journey began in 2004, in our family kitchen in Huddersfield, where we first started preparing traditional baked goods for small gatherings and celebrations. By 2005, growing demand led us to take our food on the road, serving communities across Rochdale, Oldham, Bury and Manchester often selling out as word spread about our distinctive taste and quality.
From the beginning, our values have been rooted in authenticity, tradition, and honesty. Every item is crafted with care, using desi ghee, makkan, and time-honoured recipes that reflect our heritage and commitment to excellence.
